Search for financing options for your new home such as a construction loan unless you have cash on hand.
Search For Land
If you don't already own a lot, you'll need to shop around. When deciding on a lot, keep us in the loop to guide you according to your design needs.
Plan & Design
We'll create a virtual walkthrough and video of your home. You'll be able to see cabinets, color choice, furniture, exterior - Everything!
Land Prep
Land prep involves getting your future property ready for your new home. Such as cleaning, digging, and access to utilities.
Begin Construction
After floor plans are finalized, the foundation is under way and following that comes framing, electrical, plumbing & HVAC install.
Begin Interior Design
Interior design involves setting up the stage. Interior walls and other parts of your home begin to take form as drywall and insulation are installed. Floors, fixtures, countertops, stairs, showers, paint are also being added.
Final Inspections
Once construction is complete, a final inspection will be conducted by a local building official. Upon passing, you’ll receive a certificate of occupancy.

Before we let you enjoy your new home, we will do a final walkthrough to make sure everything is in order and celebrate with you on the construction of your new home.
