If you don't already own a lot, you'll need to shop around. When deciding on a lot, keep us in the loop to guide you according to your design needs.
Plan & Design
When building your home, the sky's the limit! Although you will need to keep in mind your budget and any limitations of your lot.
Land Prep
Land prep involves getting your future property ready for your new home. Such as cleaning, digging, and access to utilities.
Begin Construction
After floor plans are finalized, the foundation is under way and following that comes framing, electrical, plumbing & HVAC install.
Begin Interior Design
Interior design involves setting up the stage. Interior walls and other parts of your home begin to take form as drywall and insulation are installed. Floors, fixtures, countertops, stairs, showers, paint are also being added.
Final Inspections
Once construction is complete, a final inspection will be conducted by a local building official. Upon passing, you’ll receive a certificate of occupancy.
